It's a Yes to Blueberries Eye Firming Treatment and Skin Repair Serum

Blueberries are known to be a great brain-boosting food.  They’re delicious and healthy, and I stockpile my refrigerator with them each week.  Well, it turns out that adding a dose of Yes to Blueberries to your skincare regimen has an equally powerful effect on your skin. These products are rich in antioxidants and restorative ingredients for aging skin.

I wanted to share my thoughts on a few Yes to Blueberries items I’ve weaved into to my daily beauty routine: the Intensive Skin Repair Serum and Eye Firming Treatment. If you’re not using a serum, well you need to be. It should be the first layer you put on your face after cleansing, the “vitamin layer” that infuses your skin with nutrients.

The Intensive Skin Repair Serum is a powerful blend of blueberries, blackcurrant, apple and organic cotton thistle that together nourish, refresh and brighten the skin. The organic cotton thistle in particular helps boost collagen production. Since I’ve began using this, I’ve noticed my skin texture feels smoother. A tiny pump covers the face and neck, and it instantly absorbs into the skin so you can follow-up with your moisturizer almost right away. It’s light on scent, but I detect a trace of cotton. It’s a clean aroma.

I’m equally fond of the Eye Firming Treatment, which blends paracress flower, blueberries, beeswax and olive fruit oil to improve elasticity and firm the delicate skin around the eyes. It has a thin consistency, and the product just melts into the skin and leaves behind a soft texture that is an ideal base for concealer.

For under $20 apiece, these are two products you should consider saying yes to as well.

  1. Wow! So interesting! I am going to pick this up as soon as I run out of the serum that I’m using at the moment. Thanks! XO

  2. I LOVE the Yes to Blueberries line! Big big fan of the serum 🙂 …aaaaand 100% of the proceeds from the serum sales go towards their Seed Fund (basically helps schools build gardens thru grants)!

  3. Very nice review, we don’t have these products yet in the Caribbean or i haven seen them yet am getting very enthusiastic i had read one review in other blog but now I am more enthusiastic to try them out if the come over here.

  4. Sounds yummy! Wonder if it’s available around where I live too. I feel like all the eye creams I’ve seen/ purchased are too expensive, this price point seems perfect.

On a side note, I really wish I had a blueberry farm in my backyard. Fruits are way too expensive, but I love ’em. Especially blue berries and raspberries.
