Yes and I wasn't as mad about it as the original ones, a bit fiddly. I do my brows with my contacts in generally.

Everyone has their blind spot when it comes to price, mine is anti-ageing serums. I only know the price in ££ which is around £19, about 20% more than Tweezerman. Mind you as long as you don't drop them on their head they are meant to last a lifetime, something you rarely get in a product.

Hi Alexia! I was able to see Rubis Tweezers at CosmoProf in Paris last year and they looked great but I haven't been able to try them. I have also heard raves about them before. For some reason, I have a hard time spending $50 on something like tweezers but not on makeup...go figure. :)

I used to feel the same way about Tweezerman until I discovered the cult brand Rubis' Slant Tweezers. Tweezerman don't make their own, they buy them in from multiple suppliers in Asia and I have found the quality to vary massively. Rubis are Swiss and they have made tweezers for the famed Swiss watch industry for 80 years (Rolex, Patek Phillippe etc.). They started making beauty implements 25 years ago and use the same skilled workers for both sides of their business, hand finishing each tweezer for perfect alignment.

I am blond so have VERY fine hairs which need very precise implements to trap them without breakage and the Rubis Slant Tweezers are definitely the best I have found.
