  1. I love to switch to a rich bodywash, creamy exfoliator and body cream for fall. I also carry hand cream with me everywhere! It’s all about keeping moisturized when the weather turns. 🙂

  2. Take care of the skin, use moisturizer twice a day, drink more water, spend time outside,go have fun on pumpkin farm or apple picking!

  3. Use a very good moisture cream, because the weather changed, don’t forget about hand cream and lip bulm or lipstick.

  4. I try and wash my face at around the same time everyday. I also try and give myself time to look closely at hoe new products are interacting with me.

  5. Your skin needs extra moisturizer in the fall so use creamy body wash and exfoliate once a week to get rid of flaky dry skin:)

  6. I put a rich lotion on my feet right before bed, then cover with fresh, soft socks. This helps my dry feet as we transition to colder weather!

  7. Many people stop wearing sunscreen in the winter.. Do not stop… Rays get to you even when it is not sunny.. Also exfoliate and then use rich hydrating lotion or body butter..

  8. My skincare tip: Wash your face twice at night if you wear makeup. Once to remove makeup and the second time to fully cleanse your face so you get a deep clean and can avoid clogged pores. Also, don’t forget how important moisturizing is!

  9. Fall Skincare Tip: Load up on moisturizer immediately out of the shower to make sure that moisture stays in! And also start using a hand cream. Once it starts getting cold outside, there’s no turning back for dry skin around the nails!

  10. To avoid dull and tired looking skin during the colder months, I mix a teaspoon of Vitamin C powder into my morning glass of water. Vitamin C helps your skin stay fresh and glowing, so any way you can get it into your body will help!

Remember to swish some normal water around in your mouth afterwards, as Vitamin C can be tough on tooth enamel!

  11. My hair is super dull this time of the year after spending too much time in the sun. My favorite remedy is an apple cider vinegar rinse once-a-week after washing my hair. I do about a half and half mix of the vinegar with lukewarm water, let it soak in for several minutes, and then rinse out in the shower. It gets rid of any build-up and leaves my hair super-sleek and squeaky-clean.

  12. I put a moisturizing lip gloss or chapstick in every jacket and in my vehicle. That way I never am stuck with dry lips 🙂

  13. Whitney took my answer! But thankfully, I have another one. For hair, stop using a regular conditioner when it starts getting chilly out. Load up on the leave in’s, you’ll be amazed at what a difference it makes.

  14. I’ve been a fan of Nivea lip balms for years and the ‘Olive Oil & Lemon’ formulation has just moved to the top of my ‘must try’ list.

  15. I always moisturize my skin, both face and body, immediately after the shower and I drink lots of water even when I am not thirsty. Thank you for your giveaway.

  16. Even as temps are dropping, the sun is still shining and we all still should be wearing sunscreen to protect our skin! Along those lines, if we don’t want drab, pasty white skin, we can always use moisturizers with self tanning ingredients. I know Nivea has a few varieties that do the job great!

  17. Fall Beauty Tip: Before your shower, use a natural bristle brush and “dry brush” your body. Always brush towards the heart. Now, take your shower and wash off the flakes. Your Nivea will now be able to get to the new skin and really do its job!

  18. Sleeping with lots of Nivea on my hands and feet with socks and white gloves on really makes my skin so soft and hydrated!!!

  19. Here’s a tip! Go through all of your beauty products (makeup, lotions, soaps) and toss anything that is old or expired. That way, you have room for your new fall products! 😉

  20. For the fall I use Body Shop Shea butter to keep my skin moisturize and palmers swivel stick for my lips. I also drink lots of water to my skin and lips hydrated during the fall to winter season. For my hair I use olive oil to protect my strand as well. Thank you 🙂

  21. My Fall routine includes using by Terry Rose Balm not only on my lips but on my cuticles as well. It’s especially ideal for nourishing the two main areas of dryness I get during the Fall and winter.

  22. just because the summer is over it doesn’t mean you dont need sunscreen. Sunscreen is a daily essential.

Use a moisturizer with SPF 15 at the minimum and reapply with a facial sunscreen throughout the day as needed.

Switch to a gentle cleanser. Instead of the squeaky-clean foaming opt for a creamy wash or bar that will dissolve dirt and makeup without stripping skin

  23. As the weather becomes cooler, I use argan oil on my face every other night to prevent my face from getting dry from indoor heating system. (I use retin-A other nights)

  24. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Also, don’t forget to protect your lips. I never leave home with a tin of Nivea and my favorite lip balm. Thank you for offering such a lovely and generous giveaway!

  25. Moisturize!!!! I use body lotion everyday through out the year but during fall and winter I use it a little more.

  26. Don’t neglect your tootsies! Though we will be covering them up, they still need attention in the colder months. Apply foot scrub or a use a pumice stone on your feet 1-2 times a week and you’ll enjoy soft feet this season.

  27. I like to use a little self tanner on my face into the fall to keep my summer glow going. But I just apply it to the bridge of my nose, my forehead and across my cheekbones. But blend blend blend. Where the sun would normally hit…

  28. Fall is when weather turns harsher. For me, I aways use a deep moisturizer at night to combat the wind chap and dry skin I get from being outside! Some of the worst places for me are my knees, elbows, and lips! When I’m feeling especially dry, I lather on some Vaseline Repairing Moisture Lotion on the knees and elbows, and Vaseline Advance Lip therapy. I find their products work really well for keeping my skin nice and soft.

  29. I moisturize all year round and even in the fall and winter, I believe that you should use sunscreen. I also believe in drinking a lot of water to moisturize from the inside out.

  30. My fall beauty tip is exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! With the weather changing our skin is drying out, and there’s nothing as gross as ashy, flakey skin peeking out under a cute fall scarf! Slough off that dead skin and slather on a great moisturizer!

  31. My fall tip is to take advantage of the cooler weather to use sun-sensitive skincare like peels and retinol.

  32. I don’t have the best skin so I’m not sure I’m one to give anyone skincare advice but one rule I always follow regardless of the season is to use moisturizer every day.

  33. Hi, this is an Indian fan of your blog! Greetings from India.. 😀

One beauty tip for fall is this amazingly moisturising home made face pack that would work wonders on your skin by keeping it moisturized.

1 tbsp powdered almonds + 1 tbsp curd (you can take milk if you have combination skin or else add honey)

Apply it on your face and let it dry. Wash off with luke warm water.

Oily skin beauties may want to add a tsp of lemon juice with it.

  34. Fall skin care tip – if you don’t already use moisturizer daily, this is a great time to start.
Winters are so hard on our skin, especially in the colder climates.
    Thank you.

  35. Living in FL – sunscreen/sunscreen/sunscreen – use Kiehls and Chanel’s for the face everyday – Moisturize day & night – Thanks for the giveaway!
