I have to say I don't usually like MAC lipsticks but this was the perfect nude for me. Often, the nude options are too sheer, too light, or too dark. This is just opaque enough to cover the color in my lips and the right color to give a natural nude appearance. The lip gloss had more of the smooth chanel gloss feel which I really appreciated. (I find even MAC's cremesheen glosses are sticky/tacky; this was the first I found that did not have this problem.) The compact was a splurge and the powder is nothing much different from their blot powders but the case will make a beautiful pill box once the powder is out as well as a fashionable compact on special occasions.
