		<description>I am not sure why the picked blue, blue is opposite orange on the color will so it is going to take orange or red, if you want to hide under eye circles you should use a yellow.  It is a light pastel color and I like to use white pencil on the lid as eyeshadow base to open and brighten the eye.  I also suggest let the product dry a tad before apply your shadow.</description>
