A Naturally Radiant Glow

I talked about this product on the podcast yesterday but I like it so much that I thought I’d post about it as well… just in case there are podcast listeners that do not read the blog. I recently tested 4 different self tanning products all at once and on different parts of my body. Yes, I looked lovely. :)

Estee Lauder's Naturally Radiant Moisturizer in Golden My goal was to find a self tanning product that I would be comfortable using that provided realistic and gradual color. I found what I was looking for in Estee Lauder’s Naturally Radiant Moisturizer in Golden. While it’s not a full fledged self-tanning product, it’s a moisturizer that does change your skin’s tone.

This product took a bit longer to develop than the other products I tried. However, it’s the one that provided the most natural and gradual results. While it took a week to achieve it’s maximum color, I didn’t mind this at all. It was actually assuring, this reminded me that it was hard to go overboard with this. The same cannot be said for some of the other products I tried. The color was great, exactly as described… Golden. While I did get some blotchiness with the other products, I had an even application with this moisturizer. While it is a bit pricier than drugstore self-tanning products, I think it’s worth it for the results it provides. As soon as the result of the color fades away from the rest of my body, I’m going to get my glow back on all over.

I liked the podcast last week. I think I might try this product out as well since I’m of paler complection. I was wondering if you are planning to or do use a facial tanner. If so what kind?

OMG I totally talked about this today, too! I guess we’re all in thank-god-winter’s-over mode :)

Not to be nitpicky but the clicks and taps and pops that come with fiddling with the microphone are a tad annoying. I’m wondering if it’s me or my computer but it sounds a lot like it’s coming from just tapping and jostling the mic around. Otherwise, great podcast.

They featured this on another blog and initially that’s what sparked my interest. I am definitely going to check it out since it’s get raves everywhere. I am so pale I almost look dead so I hope this warms me up :).
